After-hours
emergency calls should be limited to true water system emergencies,
such as:
no water to the home, a major loss of pressure; water
running from the meter box, street, or Association-side water line; a
suspected water main break; a water quality concern that may affect
safe use of the water.
Please do not call the emergency number for private plumbing issues, dripping faucets, toilets, water heaters, irrigation leaks, clogged drains, or other issues located on your side of the meter.
Anything on the member side of the meter is the member’s responsibility. If Quality Water Care is called out and the issue is determined to be on the member side of the meter, the member will be billed for the service call, plus time and costs to bill, process, and collect the charge.
