In accordance with the 2023 Amended Bylaws, the following terms are applied to the Board of Trustees:
Position 1: Conner S., elected 2025 for a term of 1 year (exp. 2026)
Position 2: Chris A., elected for a term of 3 years (exp. 2027)
Position 3: Vacant as of 5/2025 (exp. 2026)
Position 4: Sheri F., hired as Executive Treasurer; contract exp. 2031
Position 5: Cheri M., term expires 2027
Position 4: Sheri F., hired as Executive Treasurer; contract exp. 2031
Position 5: Cheri M., term expires 2027
Position 6: Tim G., elected for a term of 2 years (exp. 2026)
Position 7: Jim M., re-elected for a term of 3 years (exp. 2028)
With the exception of the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer, all positions are appointed annually. Executive Treasurer is a paid, contract position with terms of contract.
